Pelistry Farm

Pelistry Farm Flat is situated at Pelistry, on a traditional Scillonian mixed farm. Pelistry is on the east end of the island of St Mary’s, a 30-minute walk from Hugh Town, but on the bus route for the less energetic! A five minute stroll takes you to Pelistry Beach and Tolls Island, and there are also peaceful coastal and country walks nearby.

This first floor flat has been carefully refurbished and accommodates two people. It is fully self-contained and has a small garden area across the quiet lane. It is available for hire from April to October, and the cost includes electricity, bed linen and towels including beach towels.

We have equipped the flat to a high standard with quality appliances including electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. Downstairs in the utility area, you will find a washing machine and tumble drier. The bathroom includes a separate bath and shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Relaxation is guaranteed in the comfortable lounge and dining area. There is an electric fire to retain comfort when the Sun has set, while enjoying your favourite programmes on the digital television.

The spacious bedroom offers commanding views of the surrounding countryside and a glimpse of the sea. It has a king size bed which may be set up as a double, or twin beds. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe and a radio-alarm clock.
